New sets and life in general

Looks like today, I'm doing nothing...again. I'm planning on making my Irish Hiking Scarf, but most scarves get boring after knitting for some time. I'm always looking for excuses to put down the needles, it seems. But I'm not binding off till I run out of yarn. Row 7 or not Row 7, I don't care.

My mom gave me an offer to take me to Jo-Ann's to buy yarn. I didn't feel like babysitting my brother today, and I didn't think I'd need anything at Jo-Ann's so I refused the offer, just for today. But afterwards, I realized I needed a Pound of Love to make the Sunny Baby Blanket in my Ravelry queue. I didn't really need a circular needle...I could actually have started working on it. I guess even the smartest people can do the stupidest things.

But I did make some Polyvore sets, just to try to cope with my anger against meself.

I used "Girlfriend" for background music because this set was inspired by Avril Lavigne, and I can totally relate.


Still a WIP... still need to add the ballet shrug when I've finished it.
